  Recurring end-of-show bit where Scott tells a dad joke and Mel groans. This week's is a joke about paper, following last week's Velcro joke ("I don't think many people got the joke last week... I had to explain it to a few people"). Mel: "I don't know how, but you manage to reach new heights each week with the atrocity of the level of these jokes", and invites listeners to send in dad jokes that can outdo Scotty's. Scott teases a construction joke for next week.

  After Mel's "park onesie" pun lands badly, Scott announces a forthcoming segment: "We're going to save that for our puns and dad jokes segment coming up." He tells listeners to start building up their dad jokes and puns, "particularly if you're going to be a guest on the program because that's going to be our opening question."
