Bowman tells his origin story — finding the Wimbledon Common Time Trial in 2007, asking Paul Sinton-Hewitt to bring it to Basingstoke, starting the North Hampshire Time Trial from 35 runners — then covers the launch of Okanagan parkrun in Kelowna, BC (96 finishers, put on by Bill Justice), bears and moose in risk assessments, Canadian winter contingency, plans for up to 500 events, and being beaten by a high-fiving Tom Williams at the launch.
