Steve Rayner (run director at Southbank, Brisbane) describes parkruns at Uditore in Palermo, Mandavit outside Bordeaux, and Paris — where he stepped in as timekeeper and where the run director asks for locals rather than visitors to raise their hands, and where his wife Anne ran her 100th parkrun. Then Des Rountree, a Sunshine Coast parkrunner, on Andover parkrun in Hampshire and Ormeau Park parkrun in his home town of Belfast.
