  Mel crosses to "a roving adventurer out there" — Adam, reporting from Town of Seaside parkrun, who asks three parkrunners (Jerry Taylor, Mark, and three-year-old Mackenzie) for their favourite movie and favourite movie quote. Self-contained ~70-second insert, then "Back to you guys." This is the roving-reporter format that later becomes the show's staple crossover, here still unnamed and unbranded.
