The parkrun adventurers compare fave films to celebrate the cinematic release of a film highly anticipated by one of parkrun Australia’s largest running clubs. Roving Adam collects famous actor impersonations from Town of Seaside parkrunners, and we adventure to the Northern Territory for the first time to talk with Event Director Mark Connolly about all things Darwin parkrun.

parkrun adventure challenge (listener challenge)
Scott sets a listener challenge off the back of the movie discussion: "This week's challenge, create your own running club based on your favorite movie." A short host-issued call to action rather than a produced segment.
Roving Reporter / Roving Adventurer vox pop
Mel crosses to "a roving adventurer out there" — Adam, reporting from Town of Seaside parkrun, who asks three parkrunners (Jerry Taylor, Mark, and three-year-old Mackenzie) for their favourite movie and favourite movie quote. Self-contained ~70-second insert, then "Back to you guys." This is the roving-reporter format that later becomes the show's staple crossover, here still unnamed and unbranded.
Event Director interview (working around the country)
Scott: "we continue to work our way around the country. This week we're joined by our Darwin event director, the only event in the Northern Territory." ~13-minute interview with Mark Connolly covering Darwin's build-up heat, crocodiles on the risk assessment, the Valentine's Day traffic-light run and 222-runner record, the time a tank was parked on the course, how he found parkrun via the Marathon Talk podcast, and planned NT events at Palmerston and Katherine.

Named social-media round-up: Mel opens with "This week on the social adventurer scene" and the hosts run through #parkrunadventurers posts on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook — positivism number one's junior parkrunners photo and Kurt Fearnley shot, the parkrun Australia / Australian Paralympic Foundation Rio fundraising link, underscore PK's pink war-paint photo, Nod Lightyear at Coburg parkrun, and Running Guy Ryan.

Weekly rundown of new event launches and event anniversaries: no launches this week (Studly postponed two weeks), then "where is the cake this week?" — Golden Beach parkrun's 2nd (carnival fiesta theme), Ipswich's 2nd (tackiest formal wear), and Lake Mac's 3rd (Valentine's/love theme).
