Carol's history with parkrun (joined 2017 as APAC volunteer lead, moved into the global volunteering lead role about three years ago), the move of volunteering under event delivery and having an SLT member lead it, the push on volunteer training and development, the volunteer feedback pool pilot, the sustainability problem of a shrinking pool of people doing more and more volunteering, and etiquette for touristing adventurers who want to volunteer at events they visit.
