Have new episodes and archive updates come to you, without giving anyone your email address.

This site publishes a feed — a plain file, kept up to date automatically, that lists what is new. A feed reader app checks it for you and shows you anything you have not seen: a new episode the moment it is out, again when its transcript is ready, and a note whenever something changes in the archive.

If you have never used a reader

Pick one of these, then paste the address above into it. They are free, and most will find the feed if you simply paste https://log.5kadventures.net instead.

• On a phone: Feedly, Inoreader, NetNewsWire (iPhone and iPad) or Feeder (Android).
• In a browser: Feedly and Inoreader both work as websites, so there is nothing to install.
• In your email: a service such as Feedrabbit or Blogtrottr will email you when the feed changes, if you would rather not learn a new app. You give them your address; you never give it to us.

What you will get

What we know about you

Nothing. Your reader asks this site for a file, the same way it asks for any other page. There is no list to join, no address to give and nothing for us to lose. That is the reason this is a feed and not a newsletter.
