The Mount Gambier parkrun course around the Blue Lake ("an out and back that's uphill in both directions") and why he prefers out-and-back courses for their social nature; ultrarunning, his DNF at UTA in the Blue Mountains, his second attempt at the You Yangs 100-miler after reaching 105km last year, and long races increasingly being measured in parkruns; becoming a Territory Director for a cross-border SA/Victoria region; and his own parkrun adventuring, which began at Diamond Creek before Mount Gambier launched.
