  Scott opens the show's national Longest Run preview, "some of it revolves around the longest run. We're going to check in with all our organisers", and crosses first to Melissa Erbacher for the Sunshine Coast leg, which this year runs the seven events in reverse order: Noosa, Town of Seaside, Nambour, Brightwater, Kawana, Golden Beach, Central Lakes, on 11 June. The hosts stress that Longest Run events are freedom runs, not official parkruns.

  The state-by-state Longest Run wraparound resumes after the Michael Milton interview: Brisbane with Liv Coop (Mansfield trial, Wishart, Minnippi, Wynnum, Capalaba, Cleveland, Redland Bay) and Fiona Edmonds (Yarrabilba, Berrinba, Underwood Park, Meadowbrook, Logan River, Cleveland, Redland Bay); Western Australia with Jeremy Savage (a northern and a southern route meeting at Claisebrook Cove, some of it done by bicycle); Victoria with Rowan (Coburg, Darebin, a Mernda sneak peek, Westerfolds, Mullum Mullum, Jells, Frog Hollow) and TOC (Gippsland, Traralgon, Churchill, Newborough, Warragul, Pakenham, Berwick Springs, Frog Hollow); and Sydney with Paul Rainbow (west to east, Penrith Lakes to Willoughby).
