  The hosts' running competition over how many different parkrun events each has attended. Opens the episode ("The question that is on everybody's mind is number 39... Did you match my number on the most events list?") - Scott's 39th was the Mount Beauty launch in the Victorian Alpine region, leaving them level. Revisited to close the show when Scott reveals he is sampling another new event on Saturday while Mel is run directing, so "we were equals for one week only"; Scott promises "I'm going to mention it at the end of every episode."
