Freedom run adventure report (Cooks River and Rhodes, Sydney)
Scott Trickett plays a pre-recorded field tape he made in Sydney after doing back-to-back freedom runs at Cooks River and Rhodes parkruns — course descriptions, a running gag about Cooks River not crossing its own bridges, and a phone-battery navigation adventure between the two. Facts in a Haystack
Ian Hay's stats segment, named on air at [00:22:24] "There's facts in a haystack" and [00:22:42] "thanks again for another awesome week of Facts in the Haystack". This instalment: junior parkrunners' unique-event rankings (prompted by Scott's daughter), then which events drew the highest proportion of visiting 'adventurers', both at launches and week to week. Ian jokes about last week being called "lackluster" and about working from paper instead of his laptop.

Event Director interview with Pete Johns of Coburg parkrun (Melbourne) ahead of the event's first anniversary, themed "'C' for Coburg". Covers the out-and-back Merri Creek course and its bridges, costume teasing, Pete's couch-to-5k origins at Westerfolds, and Scott's recollection of recruiting him to found Coburg.
