The 100th-episode guest: how she became a roving reporter, her parkrun story (first run at New Farm in 2012, home parkrun Bunyaville), her work as a volunteer triathlon technical official at local and international-standard events, the state of triathlon participation, tips for aspiring roving reporters, and her dream parkrun (Orebro, Sweden).

Welcome starts at 0:16
Episode 100 with Melissa Erbacher and Scott Trickett; Mel is inadvertently dressed all in black, which leads to a chat about what guests should wear to their own funerals (costumes for Mel, shorts for Scott) and whether the podcast will reach 250. Mel went down to the Gold Coast for Kirra parkrun's anniversary, ocean, sunshine and three pieces of cake; Scott and Kasia celebrated one year of Darebin parkrun and regretted not dressing for the country theme.
Roving reports & the Channel 5 News crew starts at 30:51
The episode's roving-report block, explicitly named on air - the guest is introduced as "one of our very own Channel 5 news crew" and Gary signs off "From Rosebud parkrun and the Victorian chapter of the Channel 5 News crew." Contains three reports: Dave Moss at Mitchelton parkrun (Steve York, Karen McComb who ran the event's 60,000th run, and Director of the Day Tim Jamp, with a 400+ attendance); TOC at the Rosebud parkrun launch (ED Nadine on the 402-runner launch, then Bec Howe on her first 160km miler at Tarawera in NZ in 27.5 hours); and Gary also at Rosebud (a Westerfolds/Lalor/Albert Park trio, 250-club member Danielle Stewart, the Running Divas, and a South African couple, Mark and Cheryl, who film parkrun videos). Scott wraps it "More roving reports. Nice work from the boys this week. Double effort from the Rosebud launch." Several reporters and interviewees add 100th-episode congratulations.
Launches and anniversaries starts at 53:18"Where is the cake?"
Weekly calendar rundown. One launch: Nightcliff parkrun, event number three for the Northern Territory. Four anniversaries: Newborough (Vic), Panania (NSW), Studley (Vic - turning two, rock star theme, Scott attending as former ED) and Tuggeranong (ACT). Includes the hosts' attendance-prediction bit for the Nightcliff launch - Scott guesses 148, Mel 308.
The Compass Club starts at 54:36new tourist club
Discussed inside the launches item: Nightcliff is "a new point on the compass club", prompting Mel and Scott to observe how expensive the club has become now that compass points are being replaced almost weekly as parkrun Australia expands toward the coasts - contrasted with the Peel Club, where one event per state or territory suffices.
Sign-off starts at 1:04:25
Mel said 'on that note, I'll talk to you next week'; Scotty attempted a German farewell, which Mel corrected to Auf Wiedersehen, and the episode ends with the two of them still arguing about how many S's it has and Mel predicting somebody would write in to correct her.
