• Episode 128 - Streaky September

  End-of-show sing-along bit, described by Scott as "a new tradition" that "returned last week". This week they talk themselves out of it — the intended song was Tiffany's "I Think We're Alone Now" (Scott's karaoke song) — agreeing last week's version was terrible and blaming "the corporate greed of big music"; the episode instead peters out with the theme music.

• Episode 125 - August Madness

  Scott's recorded 80s-movie-theme outro. Teased earlier at [00:35:41] ("Speaking of, sing-along. Quick tease. Got another one. It's a beauty.") and framed as an ongoing series — "we're going to get to the requests after we've got through my back catalogue" [00:46:10]. Mel gives a listeners' guessing clue, the line "Pleased to meet you, Moles" [00:47:54]-[00:48:05], before the track plays out the episode from [00:48:52]. The "Moles" clue points to the 1984 film Electric Dreams, though the film is never named on air.

• Episode 124 - parkrun and not single

  The episode closes with a listener-recommended sing-along track — Toto's "Africa" — played out over the final three and a half minutes.

• Episode 122 - Kelly Hodges

  Scott's outro sing-along, running for the second week after last week's Bonnie Tyler effort ("I'm not going to let this go until the lawyers come after us"). This week's pick is Starship's "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now" from the 1987 film Mannequin, which Scott stumbled onto late at night on Stan and then heard again in a car ad. The song plays under the credits.
