The parkrun adventurers head to the launch of Rockhampton parkrun, catching up with locals and adventurers alike. International roving adventurer Cassandra checks in from across the pond with our Kiwi parkrun cousins at Hagley parkrun. And we find out what it takes to run non-stop for two days with parkrun fan and ultra-runner Trevor Allen, fresh from his podium finish at the Aura National 48 Hour Championship in Canberra.

Running comic bit: a Mel Gibson impersonation is referenced from episode 11, a Sylvester Stallone (Rocky) impersonation is promised at [00:02:22] "We'll have to wait to the end of episode 12 to hear it", an Elvis-flavoured "thank you very much" prompts talk of singing, Scott jokes "if it's not in German, I don't sing it", and 99 Red Balloons is deferred to episode 99.
