Em (Emma) Nicholson, third Event Director of Kirra parkrun on the Gold Coast — Australia's fifth-oldest event, launched 18 February 2012 by Chris Van Hoof and later run by Pete Sinfield. She describes Kirra's "three Fs" (fast, flat and friendly), its growth from ~80 to ~160 finishers a week, the saga of a runner who printed out Scott Trickett's example barcode and logged runs under his name, discovering parkrun while patrolling Coolangatta as a police officer, and her favourite events (Warwick, Kingscliff, Main Beach). Closes with the show's new question — if money were no object, which parkrun? — answering Bushy Park, and breaking the news of a parkrun starting in Aspen, Colorado.
