Gregory "Greg" Lloyd ("Lloydy")
The title interview. Lloyd ran parkrun in eight different countries in eight consecutive weeks, Duffins Trail (Toronto, Canada, where he finished first in minus 11 and snow), Anacostia (Washington DC, after Roosevelt Island was cancelled by the government shutdown), Foro Italico (Palermo, Sicily), Amager Strandpark (Copenhagen), Nidda (Frankfurt), his home Ginninderra, Western Springs (Auckland) and a Kuala Lumpur event, prompted by seeing Tony Jennings of Sydney set a seven-country run. Also covers his daily running streak since mid-2014 (about 1,748 days), his three Groundhog Days (equal record; he had never heard of the challenge), running on snow versus ice, a tour of Ginninderra and Lake Ginninderra, and his next targets of South Africa, Namibia and Eswatini.

Welcome starts at 0:18
Episode 150, Melissa Erbacher and Scott Trickett trading foreign-language welcomes, with a parkrun Japan launch and its adventurers connection held over to 151. Scott has ordered his 250 milestone shirt a size small as motivation, and took his coached Westerfoldians to the flat Frog Hollow course (event 251; he was at event 1) where several got PBs, including his wife, while he ran 2K with Kasia; Mel had a quiet overcast volunteer morning at home and Adam stole no tokens.
Roving reports & the Channel 5 News crew starts at 22:04
Two back-to-back roving reports with no studio link between them. Melissa Ellis reports from Rosebud parkrun on the Mornington Peninsula, giving the town's history as a caravan-and-camping summer destination turned sea-change and young-family suburb, then interviewing founding co-ED Ian Crawford about the flat two-loop bayside course, the Peninsula Masters group, and rumoured future peninsula events (Frankston most likely, Mornington and Arthurs Seat whispered about). Mark then reports from Gungahlin parkrun in Canberra with a heavily stats-driven piece, event 287, the 599-runner New Year's Day record and the Gungahlin/Tuggeranong double, course records to Martin Dent and Paige Campbell, monthly PB Day, before interviewing visiting Canadian runner Rose about running with 5 degrees of vision and the Running Eyes guide-matching group.
Roving reports & the Channel 5 News crew starts at 34:58
Studio debrief on Mark's bid to join the crew. His challenge was to file from an uncollected Wilson Index event; he satisfied it by reporting from his own home parkrun on its 287th running. Scott is happy to admit him ("I'm okay to admit him to the Channel 5 News crew"); Mel refuses, declares herself boss of the crew and moves the goalposts, the Wilson Index must now be under 100 and he must also find a Mel and a Scotty. Contrasted with Melissa Ellis, who "had to take doughnuts and pineapple chocolate to lure a Mel and a Scotty." The segment also puts founding member PK on notice for not filing lately, with his home event Mount Barker's anniversary suggested as his chance.
Launches and anniversaries starts at 38:54"Where is the cake?"
A quiet week: no launches, two anniversaries. Mount Barker parkrun (PK's home event) celebrates on Saturday, and St Lucia, which Scott guesses is a first anniversary, is corrected live by Mel via Google to event number 53.
Flashbacks starts at 40:20
Referenced only to be declared finished. Scott starts to hand over, "While I Google it, let's go to the Flashbacks", then immediately: "No. Flashbacks is over, Mel." Mel: "There's no more living in the past, Scotty." "What do we do now?" "I don't know." Logged because it identifies the point at which a recurring bit was retired.
Sign-off starts at 42:43
Scott, told there were three weeks to go until the listener meetup, said "I've got to go and practice", and signed off with "See you, Mel. Chat to you next week."
