Ollie was in Sydney for his wife Cathy's birthday weekend and ducked out to GreenWay parkrun, remarking on how quiet the city is without international tourists; Mel and her friend Cheryl drove five-plus hours north for an overnight trip to Ted Scobie Oval parkrun in Griffith (event 5, four laps of two split-level ovals) with Victorian friends Cheryl, Irene and Parth, lifting her Wilson Index from four to nine, while Jindabyne remains her NENDY. Mel regrets not visiting Griffith's heritage-listed Hermit's Cave and plans a return trip.

Launch of the show's Saturday morning online cafe post, fronted by Daryl, "Dazza", a moustachioed, pinstriped hipster-barista character who became popular during Melissa's not-parkruns in the parkrun pause. Listeners post their parkrun or not-parkrun photos and coffee orders so people who cannot get to a real post-parkrun cafe can still join in.
