Her five gold medals at the World Masters Championships in Perth (8k cross country, 5000m, 10,000m, 1500m and half marathon), her training philosophy — ~50km a week, six days, two speed sessions, no long runs — injury management, running since age 16, 25 straight years of the Bright Alpine Climb, doing Lillydale Lake parkrun with her children and grandchildren, and a possible tilt at the World Masters Indoor Championships in Daegu.
