This week Olly & Mel have a ‘tempo run pod’ while they concentrate on preparing and packing for palm! Mel caught up will Johan Duvenhage from @ Heidedal parkrun in South Africa, we had roving reports from Sam @ Huskisson, TOC @ Cyril Curtain Reserve, Tracey @ Redland Bay & Lyndell @ Wondai parkrun, and the Intern gets the honour of ending the pod – well she was the only one left in the office… See you at palm22!
