Ollie handed out finish tokens in the rain at a 58-finisher Shellharbour after a pre-parkrun hill run for his streak; Mel visited the new Beaufort Lake parkrun on Wadawurrung Country with Irene and Parth, Dawn, Cheryl and Mark, Rhi, Sam and Kirsty, grabbed audio with ED Katie and chatted at brunch with Wallaby Track co-ED Lorinda Coulter about the parkrun Your Way video series, which was also filming at Shellharbour.

Streaky September update: both hosts report their streaks are intact, then Oliver Spake finally explains the BINGOE card released on 31 August, streak with a parrot, streaky Strava art, a camera with 300, streak with a friend, thumbs up (a nod to Dazza's regular Monty Slade's thumbs-up photos), brekkie or cake, shopping trolley, streaking in the rain and five of a kind. Ollie wished her a wonderful trip and thanked everyone for staying on board for a meaty podcast; Mel thanked Ollie for joining her, gave the Facebook and email contacts and said that was it for another week.
